A great event is made up of many moving parts. There is the venue, the audience, the artists, the sound, the registrations and everything that happens behind the scenes to bring it all together.
For Samvaad 2.0 at Manav Rachna University, Aruva had the opportunity to be a part of several of those important pieces.
Samvaad 2.0 was organised as part of Manav Rachna University's MUN event, bringing together students and an audience for an experience that went beyond the usual MUN format. With performances and a live audience adding to the atmosphere, making sure everything came together smoothly was just as important as the event itself.
That is where Aruva came in.
More Than Just a Ticketing Partner
Aruva was associated with Samvaad 2.0 across three important areas: Artist Line Up, Concert Production and Event Ticketing.
Each role was different, but they all came together to create one complete event experience.
As the Production Partner, Aruva helped take care of the technical requirements for the big performance. Live performances depend heavily on the quality and execution of the sound, and our focus was to make sure the audience could experience the performance the way it was meant to be heard. Top of line PA from D&B Audiotechnik V series with LED Screens, Trussing & Lights along with Confetti & CO2 Jets brought the production to a larger than life concert.
Then came the artists.
Aruva worked as the Artist Booking Partner for Nanku, who performed at Samvaad 2.0. His performance also featured Karun, making it a collaborative act that added another layer to the evening. Opening act by DJ Mayank brought the crowd up & roaring for the main headliner artist - NANKU
For us, artist booking is not just about getting an artist to an event. It is about understanding what the event needs, coordinating with the artists and organizers, and making sure the performance fits naturally into the overall experience.
Getting the Audience Through the Door
The third and perhaps most visible part of our involvement was ticketing.
As the Ticketing Partner for Samvaad 2.0, Aruva helped manage the journey between the event and its audience.
An event can have a great lineup and a great venue, but it still needs a simple and reliable way for the students to attend the event, book their tickets and eventually walk through the doors.
That is what we wanted to make easier.
With more than 2000 registrations at stake, the organisers had a dedicated platform to manage ticket bookings and students registrations, with a straightforward way to secure their entry.
For us, ticketing is not just about selling a ticket. It is the first interaction many people have with an event. So that experience matters.
Everything Coming Together
What made Samvaad 2.0 special for us was that we were not involved in just one part of the event.
We were involved from multiple sides.
We helped set up the sound that supported the live experience.
We helped bring Nanku and Karun to the stage.
And through our ticketing platform, we helped connect the event with its audience.
All three came together on the day of the event.
The audience saw the final experience. They saw the artists perform, heard the music and walked into an organised event.
But behind that experience were several moving parts that needed to work together.
Being able to contribute to those different parts is what made our association with Samvaad 2.0 meaningful.
A Step Towards What Aruva Is Building
At Aruva, we are working towards making event experiences more connected.
Artists, sound, venues and audiences are all part of the same ecosystem, yet they are often managed separately. We want to make that process simpler by bringing more of these experiences together under one platform.
Samvaad 2.0 was a great example of that vision coming to life.
From the sound setup to the artist performance and from ticket bookings to the audience experience, Aruva was part of the journey.
